Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. This also means that pouches have not been installed or attached to PALS webbing, nor has velcro been used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance for the return of an order.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to notify us of the product which you would like to exchange. As with a return, the product needs to be in new, un-used condition, in the original packaging. The product you wish to exchange will be returned to us, verified it is eligible for return, and the replacement will be shipped back to you. If the exchange is due to a shipping error on our part, all shipping costs of the return, plus the replacement will be covered. If the exchange is due to a customer preference change, the return and replacement cost of shipping will be the customers responsibility. Do not send any products back to us without contacting us first and receiving instructions to do so.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our products against any defects in workmanship or materials. That being said, since the products are designed to be used in the toughest of work environments we can't warranty against damage, cuts, wear-through, bullet holes, burns, any misuse of the products or any other craziness that can come up in the field.
Please take a very good look over your gear when you first receive it to make sure there aren't any issues we might have missed in QC. Also, please periodically look over your gear, repairs are most often not a big deal if caught before the wear gets too excessive.
